You put together your veggies and protein with nice variety of selections. They weigh the food then cook for you with choice broth and spicy .

Stopped by for lunch and was greeted right away. You get a table first, then grab a bowl to pick out veggies/noodles/meat, pick a broth (i got the medium spicy bone broth), they bring your food to your table, then you pay at the end after you're done eating. I can handle spice decently and I thought the medium spicy had a kick but was tolerable and delicious. I loved that they had a huge assortment of mushrooms, which is my fav in hot pot! All the ingredients were cooked well and they also have a huge sauce bar for you to make your own dipping sauces. Can't wait to be back!

I'm a big fan of all things malatang. The service was very efficient and attentive. They would always refill our waters, give extra napkins, and when I had problems getting the noodles, they would assist me. The selection is not as big, but they make up for it in quality. My only sad thing is the limitations on broth. I'm a big fan of beef bone soup, but I cannot handle any spice. If you're like me, can only eat a small bag of hot Cheetos or four pieces of takis, then the mild beef bone soup is probably not for you (even if the cashier says it's not spicy, they're on a different level). Overall, I still enjoyed the meal and would definitely come again!

great service! easy to order as you are first seated and then you grab a bowl and fill it to your hearts desires! you then tell them what broth you'd like and go sit down. you pay after your meal :) soup came out piping hot and i got the bone broth mild and it was not spicy at all! maybe i'll try medium next time!! all the items i put were cooked perfectly and i love how they presented my vegetables on top. can't wait to come back
